PEKA 

BELL BACKING (PEKA in Croatian) is a type of slow cooking, a cross between roast and boiled meat. After the fire is set, and the meat or fish is prepared, all is placed under the iron bell, and covers with ashes.

After 2 hours the fish is ready, but for meat it takes 3 hours.

 

What comes out is something magic. :)
